December is a month of festivity, of winding down, of preparing for Christmas. It is also a time for giving.

And so the Society pulled out all the stops to create GIVE London, a series of workshops and panel discussions to mark the launch of #GivingTuesday in the UK.

The events are currently being broadcast worldwide by Plus Social Good, a project of the UN Foundation and UN Development Programme. They have pride of place on the organisation's main navigation which is a huge testament to their quality and success, so until the close of 2014, click here to watch the events that inspired so many.

We would like to thank Tessa Packard London once more for hosting the remarkable Secret Christmas Grotto 'Best of British' philanthropic fair which ran alongside the workshops and panel discussion and gave them their fashionable edge.
